Its good to have this kind of juicer
I have returned the product as I got used and damaged product.
I ordered Hestia cold press juicer with a high enthusiasm after doing some comparison online. While doing the initial payment I changed my mind and dropped the idea of buying it. In few hours, I received a call from a persuasive Hestia representative asking if I faced some payment related issue and soon the representative convinced me to buy it. She specifically asked me to order the item from company’s website and not from Amazon or any other marketplace. She also said that once ordered I should send her the details so that she can ensure check of the product before it is dispatched. Later, I ordered the Hestia Nutri-Max cold press juicer from the company’s website on 11 April 24 and sent the details to the representative. In spite of ordering from the company's website and sending the details to the representative, I received a used product (may be it was a demo piece somewhere) on 16 April 24. Firstly, I did not understand that why it took 5 days to deliver a product to Pune when the company’s warehouse is in Thane, Mumbai. Secondly, is this the quality Hestia representatives are ensuring?
I immediately called up Hestia Customer Care and asked for refund of my paid amount. It took 4 days for Hestia to arrange for a pick-up of the product by courier. On 20 April 24 the courier guy comes and get surprised by the size of package and refuses to pick it up due to its large size. Again, I fail to understand that how come a fixed courier partner of a company is not aware about the size of package. Moreover, the courier partner updated in his records that I was not available at my home to handover the package.
I immediately informed this to Hestia Customer Care. However, they fail to arrange another pick up till next 5 days and finally another courier guy from same courier partner came on 25 April 24 to pick up the package. I am writing this review on 27 April 24 till now there is no refund nor there is any call for confirmation.
Received damage product.
It's a nightmare that's still ongoing and doesn't seem to end. Made the worst decision to buy Hestia only to find out during delivery that the entire set that was sent was broken inside. Working with your customer support (lack of support) to get it replaced / refunded and can't find a way to accomplish either. You have one way support where they can call me but i can't call them back. Emails cana go unanswered for days and it's the same story everytime .. if you need more detaisl check Compliant # 242748. It can be used for making frozen desserts like sorbets, ice cream, smoothies, and baby food.
• Always cut the beetroot for all juicer models by cutting the beetroot in 2 pcs, 4 pcs or 6-8 pieces, depending on their size.
• For Coconut milk, cut them into 1.5 sq inch size for effective squeezing
• As there are no metal blades in a Hestia Cold Press Juicer that rip and tear open the produce to extract the juice so you must take a moment to properly prepare the Amla/carrots/beetroots before juicing.
• A cold press juicer presses and squeezes the produce to extract the juice just like chewing. The result is a much richer juice both in nutrients and flavor.
• Finally DO NOT overload the juicer with multiple pieces of carrot/beetroot. It is recommend you wait for each piece to be pressed before adding the next piece of carrot to the juicer.
Take your time and enjoying making a fresh, natural, healthy cold pressed juice.
