3-Days Money Back Guarantee – We want you to be thrilled with our products, but we’re here to help if you need to return. You have 3 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any unopened item. However, up to 30% re-stocking fee could be applied. Your refund will be processed to your back account.
Opened goods cannot be returned. Only in exceptional, genuine cases, we might replace the unit. However, returns are not permitted for opened goods.
Hestia Appliances Valid Purchases Only – We only accept returns of items purchased directly from www.Hestiaappliances.com. For Hestia Appliances products purchased elsewhere, please contact the original retailer regarding their return policy.
How to Return an Item
Return Authorization – Please contact our Customer Care Team. Have your original order number on hand so we can retrieve your order details. We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Original Packaging – Item must be returned in its original shipment packaging and include all accessories and documents.
Return Label – Be sure to write your RA number on the package for faster processing.
Damaged/Missing Returns – Up to a 30% restocking fee will be assessed if products are damaged or are missing accessories/documents. Returner is responsible for all shipping damages due to improper return packaging.
Cleaning Fee – A 10% cleaning fee will be assessed if products are returned unwashed.
Commercial Restocking Fee – Opened commercial-grade items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
International Support – If you purchased from Hestia Appliances.com but you are residing outside of India, you will be responsible for all shipping costs to our service center located in Mumbai.
Unauthorized Returns – Hestia Appliances will not accept returns without an RA number and you will be charged the shipping cost of the item back to you. Hestia Appliances is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged without following our return process.
Return Approval Process – Once your return shipment is received, our Customer Care Team will inspect the product based on the requirements above and approve the refund. We reserve the right to reject refund requests.
Processing Refunds – A credit will be applied to your bank account upon approval. Please contact your bank for any questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded.
