WE HAVE RECEIVED MAIL THAT THE ITEM IS BEING SHIPPED BUT IT IS MORE THAN 3 WEEKS WE HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED, WE ARE MAILED HESTIA BUT NO REPLY FROM THEM

Not in working condition

Very Poor Performance

The renewed juicer is not working as per the original juicer performance. The waste pulp extraction has become slow, the RPM of the motor has decreased and the vegetable crusher moves with jerks. Now the vegetable crusher is making screaching sound. I would be sending video of that seperately.
