Shipment Processing
Next Day Cut-Off – Your product will be delivered between 5-7 working days. Orders are held if we cannot verify your shipping address or if your billing details are flagged by our fraud detection algorithms. Hestia Appliances is not responsible for any processing delays beyond our control.
Carriers and Tracking – Hestia Appliances utilizes the services of FedEx, Delhivery, e-Kart, Track-On Couriers for most shipments. Tracking details are sent to your email id/Whatsapp
Signature Confirmation – Hestia Appliances reserves the right to require Signature Confirmation on any shipment. Our Customer Care agents are unauthorized to release signature requirements.
Order Changes/Cancellation Requests – We are unable to combine multiple orders. We cannot cancel or make changes to the details of an order once it has been submitted to our warehouse. Orders are submitted to our warehouse at 12:00 PM IST each day from Monday through Friday. Please let us know ASAP if you notice an error in your order details or need to cancel the order. If you intend to cancel your order before being shipped, you might lose up to 2.5% MDR based on rates levied by our payment gateway partner.
Carrier Shipping Delays – Hestia Appliances is not responsible for any carrier-caused shipping delays. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Shipping Damage Claims – If you suspect your products were damaged during transit, please try to refuse the shipment and call us immediately at +91-8928-437842. Do not remove any items and keep the packaging as is. If we file an insurance claim, we may ask you to take pictures of the damage. We will send you a new unit ASAP. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Product Defect Claims – If you receive a juicer which you feel is defective, please contact our Customer Care Team. We will help you troubleshoot, process an exchange, and/or check the warranty on the product for further assistance.

Kindly check with your neighbors, security guard, or other people in the house to see if they have received the delivery. In case they haven’t, please report the complaint at our email id support@hestiaappliances.com or call us at 735-3000-757 within 2 days of the delivery date.
We will register your query and escalate it to our courier team. As per the courier timeline, the investigation will take 7–14 business days, and our expert team will update the status upon receiving the details from the courier team.
