Good juicer which could use some improvements

The juicer comes with 3 attachments. Juicer, sorbet and smoothie. The quality of the juicer is good. All attachments look strong and robust.
It gets cleaned easily although there is a hassle of cleaning multiple components.

Some major issues we have with the juicer:
With the juicer attachment, the pulp retains good amount of juice. E.g While juicing cucumber, we got around 300 ml as juice from 2 cucumbers and when we squeezed the residue, we got another 100 ml juice.
Also, the extracted juice is supposed to be almost pulp free but we get good amount of pulp in the juice.

Machine stopped

As I put pomegranate seeds into it. It has stopped to work. Still now it is not working.

Not what it advertises

Bought it for extracting bottle gourd juice on a daily basis. Juicing is fast but juice is of a smoothie like texture. The froth and pulp collect at the top of the juice jar , just like a centrifugal juicer. Also the cleaning isn't easy, even with the reverse spin.

Not received water bottle for order no 2828

I have still not received the water bottle (1200 ml) as promised in offer of 8 March 2023. The offer was valid till 14 March 2023. No one ready to give me response about extra water bottle as promised in offer.. it's been more than 40 Days. Apart from this customer number is computerised ie nobody comes on phone physically..
It's cause of deficiency of service on Hestia part.. they give advertisement on tv.. no customer actually

How do I prepare the ingredients for juicing?

• Always cut the beetroot for all juicer models by cutting the beetroot in 2 pcs, 4 pcs or 6-8 pieces, depending on their size.
• For Coconut milk, cut them into 1.5 sq inch size for effective squeezing
• As there are no metal blades in a Hestia Cold Press Juicer that rip and tear open the produce to extract the juice so you must take a moment to properly prepare the Amla/carrots/beetroots before juicing.
• A cold press juicer presses and squeezes the produce to extract the juice just like chewing. The result is a much richer juice both in nutrients and flavor.
• Finally DO NOT overload the juicer with multiple pieces of carrot/beetroot. It is recommend you wait for each piece to be pressed before adding the next piece of carrot to the juicer.
