5 Nutritious Morning Meals that are Easy to Make

How to cook


Heat a non-stick pan and glaze it with a thin layer of cooking spray or butter. Toss in the spinach to cook until it wilts and reduces in size. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper while the spinach cooks.

  • 1 cup moong dal, cleaned and soaked overnight

  • ¼ cup chopped coriander leaves


How to cook
